YOU ARE

PASSIONATE, DEDICATED & DRIVEN

You work hard and play hard. You want to make the most of your life, with a sustainable impact.

People tell you you're extraordinary, but you continue to strive for new and improved..:

  • Confidence

  • Clarity

  • Purpose

  • Connection & Intimacy

  • Mental/Physical/Spiritual Health

  • Professional Growth

Let Me Help You With That!

I AM

COMPASSIONATE, AUTHENTIC & STRONG

I'm a small town girl with a big world education. Growing up, life looked good on paper, and I couldn't see a reason to complain. But I felt shitty a lot of the time; and my unguided methods for coping were cringeworthy–yet so common for a young millennial.

I started seeing my first therapist when I was 18 (and seeing that I may also become one, someday, too). And I started practicing healthy boundaries, self-compassion, and acceptance.

I approached life differently after that, by listening to and following my intuition, my "gut," and my heart; and I consciously began seeking out my teachers, people, and path.

Buddhism calls that trio the Buddha (teacher), Dharma (sacred path) and Sangha (community). And though I'm not religious, like Naropa University–where this approach led me and where I completed my BA degree–I am "Buddhist-Inspired."

After Naropa, I baked professionally until I heard my calling again, and went on to earn an MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from JFK University, in the SF Bay Area.

Today, I bring this unique background of a personally-inspired, actively embodied, East-meets-West education to my work.

I help overachieving millennials learn to listen to their deepest selves too, and go confidently in the direction of their dreams.

You do not have to be good...

You only have to let the soft animal of your body

love what it loves...

Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,

the world offers itself to your imagination — over and over announcing your place in the family of things.
